FAS - Federation of Astronomical Societies

Kernow Astronomers is a member of the Federation of Astronomical Societies (FAS) and for about 12 years, I was the editor of the Newsletter of the FAS and also have authored three of their booklets on the basics of astronomy. One is entitled 'Observing the Night Sky' and the other 'Buying your Telescope'. The third 'Photographing the Night Sky' was published in late 2010. I was also the editor of their annual booklet - Astrocalendar
